JUDY YING-YIN MAH (née GEE) It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend on Saturday, December 10, 2016. Judy was born November 25, 1936 in Taishan, Guangdong Province, China. She will be forever cherished by her loving children, Gordon (Rina) Mah, Lilly (Derryl) Young of Calgary, Janice Mack, and Allan (Michel) Mah of Toronto; and granddaughters, Raven, Alicia, Andrea, and Scarlett. Judy also leaves behind a large extended family of brothers, Sam Gee (Joanna) of Calgary and Michael (Amy) Gee of London, ON; sisters-in-law, Norma Gee and Dienne Gee of Calgary; as well as many special nephews, nieces, and their families. The only girl of five children, Judy was predeceased by husband Harry; parents, Shang Foon (King Fong) Gee; brothers Wayne Gee and John Gee. Judy and Harry were married in Hong Kong in 1955 and immigrated to Canada. They started their family in Lloydminster, SK and finally settled in Regina in 1960, where they shared a deep love of family and friends. They retired from the business in 1996. Judy loved cooking and travel. She had a passion for music, which led her to be an active member of the Regina Chinese Musical Club for 20 years and loved performing with her friends. Judy always maintained a lifelong friendship in the community. The family expresses their warmest gratitude to the 5A Stroke Unit at Regina General Hospital, for the exceptional tender and compassionate care of our mother.
