My deepest condolences to your family... Bill was a wonderful man who cared so deeply for everyone he encountered... in many ways, he was one of the best "pastors" even though he didn't carry the title. Bill knew how to laugh, knew how to serve, and most of all knew how to communicate his faith through actions first before words. He loved his family so deeply and desired that everyone experience the joy and peace he had. It was an honour to know and work with Bill, but more importantly to count him as a mentor and friend who was family... may God continue to carry each of you in His arms, and may you feel the supernatural comfort of His everlasting wings. You are loved!

Dear Wiskar family,
I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Bill... what a great guy! Truly one of those people you encounter in life with a heart of gold, I can only remember him smiling... and who could forget that great moustache. It's no wonder he was father of such nice kids too!
I can imagine it will be hard to go about life without him for a while, but I hope that time will pass quickly, and you will be able to recall those good memories, and have a few laughs.
All the best,
Jason

It was to my shock to hear of Bill's recent passing. I am sorry to read of this. I have many fond memories of Bill at Celebration (Lutheran) Church in Regina. I know he is now enjoying being in the presence of his Lord Jesus. He has run the race and kept the faith. My condolences to the family, especially Aaron and Ashley, who I knew more.

Our deepest condolences to Aunt Maureen, Aaron, Ben, Zach, Ashley, and family. We are sorry for your loss. We wish we could be there with you to celebrate the life of a great man, Uncle Bill. Even though I didn't get to see him as often as I would have liked to, I will always remember his big smiles and catchy laughs.
From Digby, Nova Scotia, love always, James, Nicole, and Sam.

Hi Maureen and family, we were so sad to hear of Bill's passing. He is remembered as being such a kind and caring man who would do anything for anyone. Bill had a big heart and was truly thankful in all things. I remember when I worked with Bill years ago on an income tax reassessment and he thanked me many many times over the years.
We are praying for you during this difficult time.
Love
Gordon Wendy Dolney

We are so sorry we will not be able to be with you as you celebrate the life of Bill.
I so appreciated when Bill took over the Men's Ministry at Celebration after we left to live in Thailand and what a joy to find that the group was thriving and growing under his leadership upon our return.
Bill will be dearly missed by all the men and the Lighthouse ministry he also led.
Love and blessings to Maureen and all the children and grandchildren.
