Obituary of Norma Ethel Abrahamson

NORMA ABRAHAMSON

Norma was born on July 31, 1936 to Norman and Mary Galenzoski at Paradise Hill, SK. On June 12, 1954 she married Marvin Abrahamson and they resided in Regina. Norma loved music, singing, bingo, gardening, and most of all her cocker spaniels and birds. Predeceased by her parents and her brother Herb; Norma is lovingly remembered by her husband Marvin of 62 years; two daughters, Linda (Jim) Prokopiuk and Patti Abrahamson (Rob); two sons, Bob (Brenda) and Scott (Tammy); sisters, Shari (Gord) Henderson and Debbie Galenzoski; brothers, Wayne (Gaye) Galenzoski and Steve (Lorraine) Galenzoski; sister-in-law Dorothy Galenzoski; grandchildren, Travis Fialkowski, Stacy (Tyler), Jamie, and Tyler Prokopiuk, Eric and Taylar Abrahamson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, friends so wishing may make donations to the Regina Humane Society, P.O. Box 3143 Stn. Main, Regina SK, S4P 3G7 or to a charity of choice in memory of Norma.
