EVELYN FRANCIS WERNER

1922 – 2017

Evelyn passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 11, 2017. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph (Joe); parents Cecil and Lila Madill; and brothers, Orval, Clifford, and Kenneth. Evelyn is survived by her children, Joan (Dale) Johnston, grandchildren Shawn (Joanne) and Trudy, and  great-grandchildren, Logan, Kendall, and Kieran; Cecil (Barbara) Werner, grandchildren, Duncan (Nadeane Nelson), Jennifer, and Cameron (Erin) and great-granddaughter Celeste Werner; Marion (Vern) Day, grandchildren, Ryan (Sandi) and Tanya (Mark) Heisler, and great-grandchildren, Grace Day, Dayne, Jameson, and Reid Heisler; and Kevin (Cheryl) Werner; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation for family and friends will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Thursday, May 18, 2017 from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Sunset United Church, 177 Sunset Drive, Regina, SK on Friday, May 19, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. with Kathy Platt officiating. Private family interment in Regina Memorial Gardens. Flowers gratefully declined. Friends so wishing, may make donations in memory of Evelyn, to the charity of their choice.
