Joy passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at the age of 81 years. She is survived by her loving family, Kim, Jim, Barry, Donald (Jennifer), Lori (David), and Janice (Steve); eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Joy was predeceased by her husband Sam Yee (2008); daughter Susan (1979); and son Robert (2014). The family wishes to thank the doctors and staff of Unit 4A and MSU at the Pasqua Hospital for their care. Visitation for family and friends will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Donations in memory of Joy, may be made to the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency, 200-4545 Parliament Avenue, Regina, SK S4W 0G3.
