Obituary of Anne Ostlund

ANNE OSTLUND

Mrs. Anne Ostlund late of Regina, SK, formerly of Whitewood, SK, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at the age of 96 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Wilbert; parents, Sam and Sarah Wyatt; brothers, Douglas and Arthur Wyatt; and sisters, Kaye Gamble, Mary Tallentire, Margaret Pitre, and Sylvia Waller. Anne is survived by her children, Carol Bender (Gerry) of Didsbury, AB, Doreen Hrappsted (Wayne) of Rossland, BC, Debbie Koroll (Jerry) of Surrey, BC, and Howard Ostlund (Sandra) of Regina, SK;  grandchildren, Darren Bender (Kelley) of Calgary, AB, Donovan Bender (Shelly) of Cochrane, AB, Deidre Barnard (Werner) of Emerald Park, SK, Ryan Koroll of Langley, BC, Kyle Koroll (Nina) of Squamish, BC, Paul Ostlund and Brent Ostlund of Regina, SK; and great-grandchildren, Keeley Bender of Vancouver, BC, Eric and Alana Bender of Cochrane, AB, Sara Bender of Calgary, AB, and Desiree Barnard of Emerald Park, SK. Anne had many talents and passions, including painting, knitting, singing, church, volunteer work, sewing, and Scrabble. Special thank you to Jerome and Lorna and the staff at Westhill Manor for their compassionate care given to mom. Memorial Service will be held at Mount Olive Lutheran Church, 2015 4th Avenue North, Regina, SK on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. followed by a luncheon and interment at Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Anne may be made to the Mount Olive Church Memorial Fund, 2015 4th Avenue North, Regina, SK S4R 0T5.
