I had the pleasure of working with Jeff in our IG days together. I was delighted when he joined the Manulife team and our paths crossed again. I truly just adored Jeff. He is one of the good guys & a gem of a human being. He was a kind and loyal friend. I miss him and am so deeply sorry for your loss.

So very sorry to just now learn of Jeff's passing. I was fortunate to know Jeff back in the 80's and early 90's while active members at the Y in North York, Ontario. My condolences to the Locke family on Jeff's passing. Jeff was as fine a person as one could hope to meet. A true professional in every respect. I consider myself fortunate to have known Jeff over the last many years. I know that he had a positive impact on many people both inside and outside of our industry. Rachelle, Mateja, Aiden and the entire Locke Family. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time. I had the pleasure of working with Jeff during his CUMIS days: we often met for breakfast meetings while we both worked in the CU system and as we met occasionally after we had moved on to other firms, we spent most of our time talking about our families - I know he was a Proud Husband and Father and Loved you all very much.

Very saddened to hear of Jeff's passing. Jeff and I did not work together very long during our time together at Manulife, but we did get to travel together on a couple of occasions. We shared a LOT of laughs. A couple of my colleagues and I often talk about those few road trips and how much fun we had and how much we miss Jeff.
One thing that stuck me about Jeff was how lovingly he spoke of his wife, children and father. I always left his presence wanting to emulate him in that way. Super, super guy.

My condolences to Jeff’s family and all who loved him. Jeff and I are work associates for the past 15 years or so. Jeff if I could describe you in one word - HONEST. Jeff was true to his family always longing to return home while on his business trips, true to his company always giving them his loyalty and personal representation, true to his industry respecting the value of the work he and his associates provided, true to his customers and clients always providing honest and accurate support. Jeff didn’t have to earn your respect you just respected him. He earned your respect simply by who he was and his every action not trying to impress you but impress upon you activity that deserved respect.

Rachelle and family,
My family's heart, thoughts and prayers go out to you and all of your family at this time. Jeff was a truly special person whom I was proud to call my friend. I would thoroughly enjoy the times we would inevitably meet at an airport or hotel (strange as we only lived a block apart) and find ourselves deep in conversation - many of which revolved around our families. He loved you all very much and his face would light up when talking about all three of you.

I worked with Jeff for many years and knew him to be a solid and upright man. He possessed great discipline on the job and in his personal life.
