Obituary of Louise Irene Mitchell

LOUISE MITCHELL

Louise, late of Avonhurst SK., was born on April 25, 1957 to Fred and Irene Schoenroth of Davin SK. She was the fifth child of seven. She is survived by her husband Glenn Mitchell; her parents Irene and Fred; six siblings and their spouses: Ken and Sandra (nee Kramer), Don, Elaine (Gordon) Wallis, Bill and Ida Mae (nee Kessel), Wendy, Fred and Kris (nee Kuffner) as well as many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her four children: Chris and Aryn (nee Steele) and their son Sebastian, Colin (Lauren Palmer) and Colin’s son Kade, Dale, Jacklyn (Johnny) Weigel and their children Sylas, Rowan and Gabrielle. She grew up on a dairy farm south of Balgonie and then married and moved first to a farm north of Avonhurst, and then to a farm near Edenwold, SK. She taught school in Edenwold and also taught piano lessons from her home. Memorial Service will be held at Lakeview United Church, 3200 McCallum Avenue, Regina, SK, on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
