Grandpa,
I was so fortunate to spend a lot of time with you growing up. I will cherish those countless memories I have of you such as twirling combs and adding pony tails in your hair, sharing birthday parties, sleepovers, playing in your beautiful garden, Christmas Day at your house, being rocked to sleep and always feeling so loved.
I’m so grateful that you got to take part in many of my adult life milestones as well like my wedding, meeting my boys and seeing my new home. You were so special to Levi as you are to me. I’m going to tell Levi to look up to the sky for the brightest shining star as that will be you looking down on him. Jake will have many pictures and videos to treasure and see what great buddies you became.
We held hands for the last time in the hospital, but you will be in my heart forever.
