JAMES “JIM” NEIL CRAIG

Jim, late of Regina, SK, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his family on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at the age of 73 years. He was born February 22, 1944 in Moose Jaw, SK. Jim was predeceased by his parents, Neil and Clara Craig. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 51 years, Marilyn; children, Wanda (Scott) Robertson and Robert (Jody) Craig; grandchildren, Alyssa Robertson (Josh), Kyle Robertson, and Galen Craig; and a great-grandchild on the way. Jim is also survived by his siblings, Bill (Heather), Les (Cathy), Ken (Carol), and Diane Moore; sisters-in-law, Marg, Esther (Russ), and Ileen; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Jim was an insurance adjustor for 40 years and worked for 30 years at the Co-Operators. He enjoyed his grandchildren, gardening, wood working, and tinkering in his garage. Jim was a season ticket holder for the Regina Pat’s for 35 years and an avid Habs fan. He will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him. Respecting Jim’s wishes, there will be no funeral or viewing. A private family gathering has already occurred. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jim may be made to Unit 3B Oncology Wing of the Pasqua Hospital, 4101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK S4T 1A5. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the wonderful and caring staff at Palliative Home Care and the 3B unit of the Pasqua Hospital.
