Obituary of Heather Lynn Young

HEATHER LYNN YOUNG

Heather, late of Regina, SK, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 22, 2017 at the age of 59 years, after a brief, but courageous battle with cancer. She was predeceased by her parents, Lorraine and Thomas Ferguson and niece Kelly Ferguson. Heather will be deeply missed by her son Jonathon Young and his wife, Shannon Young; grandchildren, Wyatt and Paisley; brother Robert Ferguson and his children, Quinn and Lindsey; brother Michael Ferguson (Lorraine); best friend Wendy McLean and her children Kelsey and Brendan. Heather will always be remembered for her helping nature. She was always there to help those around her in whatever way she could. Heather was immensely proud of her two grandchildren and took great joy in creating special memories for them by hosting elaborate treasure hunts for special occasions. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. At Heather’s request, there will be no funeral service.
