Obituary of Doreen Lillian Luchsinger

Doreen was born to Russell and Ruby King at Smeaton, SK on December 21, 1940.  She passed away peacefully in Regina, SK on Friday, December 22, 2017, at the age of 77 years.  She was predeceased by her husband Arleigh Luchsinger (2016); son Gregory Luchsinger (1980); father Russell King (2004); mother Ruby (Gale) King (2003); and sister-in-law Raymonde (Ernie) Luchsinger, (2011).  Doreen is lovingly remembered by her children Cheri (Kim) Griffiths of Regina, SK; David Luchsinger of Black Diamond, AB; daughter-in-law Carla Luchsinger of Calgary, AB; Shayne(Cynthia) Luchsinger of Lacombe, AB;  her grandchildren Jinnylee Griffiths of Regina, SK, Jayme (Sharla) Griffiths, Jeremy Griffiths of Regina, SK, Mariah Luchsinger (Nick Fetchison) of London, Ontario, Jasmine Luchsinger of Calgary, AB, Rebekah, Vinessa and Joel Luchsinger of Lacombe, AB; two great-grandchildren, Kade Griffiths and Anna Griffiths of Maclean, SK; brothers Ralph (Roberta) King of Cochrane, AB, Larry (Doris) King of Three Hills, AB, David (Norma) King of Lacombe, AB, Lawrence (Linda) King of Prince George, BC, Mike (Carol) King of Sherwood Park, AB, Dale (Joan) King of The Pas, MB, Brian (Elaine) King of The Pas, MB, and Dennis (Mara) King of Invermere, BC; as well as many special nieces, nephews and dear friends.  Funeral Service will be held at the Balgonie Multiplex, Balgonie, SK on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 1:30 p.m.  Interment in Leroy Cemetery, Leroy, SK on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.   In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Doreen’s name to Kinsmen Telemiracle, 2217C Hanselman Court, Saskatoon, SK, S7L 6A8.
