Obituary of Roy Stanley Thompson

FEBRUARY 7, 1937-DECEMBER 28, 2017

Roy passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at the age of 80 years.  He was predeceased by his wife Josephine Thompson.  Roy is survived by his loving daughters, Tammy (Terry) and Brenda and her children Michael and Christopher; niece Bev Day (Darryl): and numerous great-nieces and nephews.  He will be missed by his long-time friends Mike Desharnais and Hazel Allen as well as by new friends Jack Janke and many other residents of Cedar Wood Manor.  Special thanks to all of the Home Care and Palliative Care nurses and CCAs who cared for Roy over the past several years.  At Roy's request, there will be no service.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in Roy's name to the Regina Humane Society, P.O.
