My heart will need a long time to heal as to me Liz felt like a second Mom. We were neighbors for many years on Dieppe st. And I became fast, life long friends with Lisa. I still think of Renee as a wee little girl not a grown Mom with children of her own. I was battling health issues of my own and broken heartedly regret not being able to come see Liz before God took her hand... I like thinking my Parents are with her neighbors again in Heaven. I'm so deeply sorry she's gone and my heart is with everyone who loves her . Especially you my dear friend Lisa..... I love you and I wish our Mom's could have stayed with us forever. Until we meet again Liz, I love you!!! Melinda ❤

Dear Lisa, Renee and families. I remember your mother at a very young age, for some reason I was attracted to her. Perhaps it was her kind smile or her love for children but what I think really made me admire her was her resilient strength. I was aware early on that your father had MS and that your mother was his doting caregiver. I think of the difficult decisions she had to make and the love she must have had for him. She always amazed me with how she kept it all together. A working single mother, raising two girls while tending to all duties a mother and a father would have assigned to them. I guess you really don't realize who helps influence your life until you have time to reflect. Your mother was a person who young girls could look up to and see that things were possible. She didn't have an easy life, but it didn't show, she just rolled with it. How proud you girls must be to have a women to show you the way. She was certainly someone special. May the memories you have made with her throughout your life help comfort you now and always. My thoughts are with your families.

To Marty and to the families on both sides, Liz finally received her wings and she took them Gracefully, way to soon though. Liz was a hell-uva Lady, I loved her dearly, Marty you did wonderfully. To Liz's Family,
The obituary is a wonderful tribute. You are/will miss her but you certainly have
beautiful memories which I pray you will find consoling. I also appreciated her
laughter, generosity and drive. I thank God that He gave her another six months
of life. I heard that she lived it to the full even in preparing for Christmas.
I also thank God that she did not die before Christmas as I think that would have been
much more difficult for all of you.
