Obituary of Petroula "Polly" Liagridonis

PETROULA “POLLY” LIAGRIDONIS

APRIL 22, 1925 – JANUARY 27, 2018

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dearest mother and grandmother. Polly Liagridonis was born in Paralion Astros Arkadia Greece April 22, 1925 and came to Canada in 1964. She was a loving and courageous mother and grandmother who greatly loved her family, community/culture and had great faith in her beloved Jesus Christ. We will miss her greatly. Prayers will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. with coffee to follow.   Funeral Service will be held at St. Paul’s Greek Orthodox Church, 3000 Argyle Street Regina, SK on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. with Reverend Spiridon Vandoros officiating. Interment to follow at Regina Memorial Gardens. Our family would like to thank Father Vandoros from our hearts for all his caring and help at this difficult time. Thank you Father for everything. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
