MARTHA DORNEY

1914 – 2018

Martha, late of Regina, SK, passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at the age of 103 years. She was predeceased by her husband Julius Dorney; parents, Lucas and Apollonia Barabas; daughters, Beverley Perreaux (Ed) and Dorothy Sombach; brothers, Andy Barrett (Doris) and Frank Barabas (Erna); sisters, Rose Epp (Henry), Ann Milan (Smilo), and Mary Chesko (Steve); grandson Darren Perreaux. Martha is survived by her daughter Marilyn Ellis (Bill); two of her seven siblings, Edith Bardutz (Bill) and Jean Meckling (Ernie); and son-in-law Joe Sombach. She is also remembered by nine grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. We wish to acknowledge, the end of life care that Martha received at Santa Maria Nursing Home. Funeral Mass will take place at Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, 315 Douglas Avenue E., Regina, SK on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. followed by a lunch in the Gerein Centre.
