My Families deepest Condolences for your loss which has genuinely affected our family. I wish my Mother Bella could have been there as they talked a lot each week and I know over the past years they became best friends as well. I do remember Velma being a socializer as well and always had food cooking for whoever was hungry and she was truly a Great person and my favourite Aunt. She had offered to help me when I was young and I never got to thank her for that offer. Thank You R.I.P Aunt Velma

Velma was a lovely, warm, kind and gentle woman who we had the pleasure of knowing because she was our Dad's cousin. We have fond memories of our times with Velma - the last time when we visited her in Regina with our Mom some years ago. Dear John, Ron, Adam, Lynden and family, Our heartfelt condolences to you and your family at this sad time. We were shocked to learn of your dear mom's passing. Your parents always welcomed our family into your home as though we were family ... memories of your parents and ours sharing in many conversations & laughs at the kitchen table in Regina or Moose Jaw and of course we could never go home on an empty stomach, your mom always made sure of that .... memories, precious memories.
