Kendra and Bruce sorry to hear about your dad, he was an amazing guy – growing up I have so many great memories with your family. Our dads had a special friendship - when I think about it - it always puts a smile on my face. I know he will be missed – thinking of you and your family at this time. Our condolences. Uncle Ken. As children, when he walked into a room, it was like a light went on. He was always so happy, so interested in us children and loved to tease us. At least us girls, not sure if Allen got this treatment. His gift to us was learning not to take yourself too seriously. Or people that teased you for that matter. As children of an Armed Forces family, this was a valuable lesson when changing schools and having to start over happened so frequently.
When someone passes on, it is hardest on those left behind. Our sympathies go out to Bruce, Kendra, their families and the other friends and family whose lives Ken touched. He will be missed.
Love from Allen, Diane, Cheryl & Janice Knight

Kenny and Annette were the best neighbors / babysitters / gardeners / security force / driveway shovelling / Santa / lawn cutting friends anyone could have ever wished for.
Had I the money I would have bought them the house next to us when we moved. Our entire family loved them and everything they brought to our little Wascana community .
We are truly honoured to have shared the years of happy hours and driveway therapy.
We all know they are together walking a beach hand in hand
Tonight I will have a rye and toast to my friends.
