my condolences to billy’s Family , we were best friends in high school , until are early 20’s and myself getting married and moving away ,lost touch with him , breaks my heart , billy was my first date :) we went throu some hard times together , in hospital at Pasqua for year , him and my first son were ting bearer at my moms wedding , I have so many found memories of him , I just regret never getting back in touch with him when I moved back , I loved him so much , he was a huge strength to me in my teens , breaks my heart , my prayers and thoughts are with his family , R.I.P. billy

Sorry for your loss. I remember Billy. We were out when it was raining so hard and my mom caught us and told us to get indoors and we when to his mom and dad's house across from my hrandma's in Earl Grey and spent the afternoon together. He will be missed.
