Zena passed away peacefully on Monday, June 4, 2018. She was predeceased by her parents Klineck and Katherine Monastersky; husband Johnny; son Brian; and sister Agnes. Zena is survived by her children, Dave (Gloria), Barry, and Sharon (Darrell) Steele; daughter-in-law Maxine (Andy); grandchildren, Trevor (Kim), Crystal (Curtis) Muhr, and Tyler (Shannon); great-grandchildren, Tanner, Lukas, Sydney, Brody, Calla, and Reeve; brothers and sisters, Anne, John (Rozella), Tom (Gladys), and Jerry (Fran); as well as many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Zena lived a full life right to the end, cooking, canning, and enjoying her family and friends. Visitation for family and friends will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Friday, June 8, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Memorial Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. If you can guess Mom’s favourite colour, please wear it to the funeral…B…L…A…C…K! Interment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery.
