Obituary of Simon Syrined Stennett

STENNETT, Simon

October, 1971 – May, 2018

It is with profound sadness and very heavy hearts, we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved Simon, in Vancouver, BC. He was predeceased by his father Lestin Senior; and brother Lestin. Simon is survived by his beautiful daughter Katerina; mom Patty in BC; his big love for his mother Theresa and step-dad Dennis Rainville; sister Theresa (Rob); brother Frank (Wanda); nephews, Rory, Liam, Marcous, and Isaiah; and nieces Jasmine, Brooklyn, and Kamryn. Simon was a great artist and an avid swimmer. He went to Aspen Colorado University to become a Certified Protection Specialist and worked overseas as an Executive Security International Agent. Simon had many friends wherever he went, as well as family members in Jamaica. All who knew him, loved him so much. We will all miss you dear Simon. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Peter’s Parish, 100 Argyle Street North, Regina, SK on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. John Baptist Okai officiating.
