Mavis, age 71 years, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 in the Yorkton and District Nursing Home. She was predeceased by her parents, Bill and Lillian James; her husband Gordon Thomas; her brother Glenn James; one grandson James Prevost; and brother-in-law Don McDougall. Mavis is survived by her daughter Janet Prevost; son Mervin Elliott; numerous grandchildren; her sister Fay McDougall; a niece and a nephew; as well as the Thomas Family and her first husband Cyril Elliott. Funeral Service will be held at the Fort Qu’Appelle Legion Hall, 197 Company Avenue, Fort Qu’Appelle, SK on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
