Obituary of Heidi Joy Koshman

Heidi, late of Regina, Saskatchewan passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at the age of 51 years. She is survived by her loving husband Russell and their sons, Matthew (Cortney) and Kent; parents Gwennith and Kirk Molder; her brothers and significant others, Colin (Lisa), Craig (Debbie), Kelly (Wendy), and Kevin; her parents-in-law Orest and Jean Koshman; brother and sisters-in-law, Neil (Janice), Wendy (Orville), Wayne (Laurette), and Jason (Kim); and many adoring aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Heidi was a highly respected and devoted teacher in the Regina Public School System. She was a strong and beautiful woman who met the many obstacles that life placed in her path.  Heidi faced them all head on even though she accepted that this was a battle that would yield no victory. She will be deeply missed by her loving family and friends.  Memorial Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK, on Friday, September 21, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.

You will always be with us.  Each autumn forward will carry a sharp reminder as the leaves drift on winds of time that each of us has our season and you, Heidi Joy, have forever claimed autumn as your own. Your courage and strength through the darkest moments have propped up your family and friends allowing them to carry through the days and years ahead while sustaining them in those dark and lonely moments bound to be there. Your bravery and all those precious moments built up over the years will walk with everyone who ever had the privilege of knowing you Heidi Joy – so rest peacefully in the knowledge that you have truly enriched so many lives.
