Roger, it is with the greatest sadness that I read of the passing of your Dad. I met your Dad through the Naval Officers Association of Canada and was very proud after meeting him to discover that as registration is signed my P.Eng. I was very proud that we considered each other friends.

My Sincerest Condolences to you Roger and the Bing -Wo family.Although I did not know Reg for a long time we sort of formed a unique little friendship ,had some mutual friends we discovered and so enjoyed hearing about his career.Could tell what a humble man he was,always so kind and gentle and I always looked forward to my visits with him.I will remember him fondly and miss him so much on my Bayshore travels.
