Melita and I met when she attended Dalhousie and kept in touch for over 40 years. We enjoyed that correspondence and I shall miss her newsy letters and reminiscences.
My sympathy to her family. She often spoke of seeing family members and spending time with them. HerSaskatchewan friends have I know been very good in helping her over the years and my sympathy goes to you as you mourn the loss of your friend.

My most sincere condolences to the family & friends of Malita, especially her beloved nephew Charles who visited often over the years and whom Maltia spoke of often. Charles you were the light of her life and she loved you so. Malita was a dear friend & neighbor to our mother Gertie McCusker and then to my sister Virginia Warren. As we got to know Malita she just wasn't a friend of our Mom's she was family and we will miss her so very much.
