I was deeply saddened to suddenly hear from you today Jason that your loving father John had passed away. I had only heard from you a few months back that he had been sick but did not know the state of his condition. I remembered having a nice conversation with your father over the phone when trying to reconnect with you after losing touch with you over the passing years I wished I could have been there for you in some way or form. My heartfelt condolences to you and to your wife and children and to any of your relatives for your loss.

John is remembered by the members of the Board of the Saskatchewan Senior Fitness Association. He was a volunteer who took pride in doing an excellent job as Treasurer and his professional skill was greatly appreciated. John was kind-hearted and understanding person - always open to listen. He will be missed. Rest in peace John.

My sincere condolences to John's family. I had the pleasure of working with John for a few years in the late 1990's and early 2000's. I enjoyed bumping into him occasionally at the Burger Baron where he visited regularly for their breakfast special! He was a sincere and thoughtful colleague and a true gentleman in the very best definition of the term. He spoke often of his family. We all understood his love for Glenda and we could see his immense pride in Jason and his accomplishments.

I lived next door to John and Glenda when Jason was a young boy. Glenda and John were dedicated hard working parents. Jason was their everything. Whenever I bumped into John, after Glenda's passing, he would beam while telling me of his visits to see his two granddaughters. Now he is with the love of his life. Rest in peace, John. Lynn
