It is with extreme sadness that the family of Frances Slater announces her peaceful passing with family by her side on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at the age of 93 years. She was predeceased by her husband Ray (2001); son James (1963); parents, Chris and Josie Fleck; brothers, Herman, Clarence, Lawrence, Raymond. Mom is survived by four daughters, Maureen (Gary) Cooney, Glenda (Ron) Winkler, Shelly Slater, Norma (Mark) Lemmerick; eleven grandchildren, Chris, Jeff, Dawn, Trevor (Rochelle), Dan, Ryan (Trisha), Courtney, Blair (Angela), Nadine, Mark (Krystin), Jamie (Luke); eleven great-grandchildren, soon to be twelve, Chella, Alex, Kennedy, Hayley, Charlie, Kloe, Deklan, Keerigin, Jack, Kent, Gabe; two sisters, Gert (John) Fedyk, Della Sands; brother Stan Fleck; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anne’s R.C. Parish, 1701 Cowan Crescent, Regina, SK on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Flowers gratefully declined.
