Obituary of Brian Dagdick

J. Brian Dagdick, late of Regina, Saskatchewan, passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at the age of 70 years. Brian was born to parents Joseph and Florence Dagdick on May 28, 1948 in Lestock, Saskatchewan and grew up in Regina. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Carla (nee Bridges); his two children, Blair (Michele) and Tomina (Matt) Ritco; his three grandchildren, Brynn and Keelan Dagdick, Brody Ritco as well as his brother Louis (April) and numerous nieces and nephews. Along with Louis, Brian was a father figure to his nephews, Jordan and Adam Leibel after the untimely passing of their parents. Brian was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Florence; brother Ricky; sister Joanne, and half-brother Joseph Derry. Brian loved to travel. He explored all across Canada, the US, South America and Europe. Brian enjoyed fishing with his brother Louis and son-in-law Matt. He also enjoyed music, movies (as soon as released if he could) as well as discussions around world politics. His unique humour was appreciated by many and questioned by a few. At Brian's request cremation has taken place. No formal service will be held. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Palliative care as well as the nursing staff at the Regina Wascana Grace Hospice.
