Obituary of Wanda Kubiak

On Saturday, March 16, 2019, Wanda Kubiak passed away peacefully at the age of 92. She was predeceased by her loving husband and life partner, Felix Kubiak; parents Evelyn and Paul Klok; son Peter Kubiak; brothers Jozef and Walter Klok; and granddaughter-in-law Michele Quaghebeur. Wanda is survived by her sister Jesse Barabasz; son Walter (Dianne) Kubiak; daughter-in-law, Janina Kubiak; grandchildren, Robert Kubiak, Deanna (Jamie) Clark, Elaina (Javon) Rector, Michelle (Tom) Schwabe, Angela (Jeff) Payne, and Christopher (Stacey) Kubiak; great-grandchildren, Jordan, Alix, Ashley, Connor, Zaiden, Alexys, Kattianna, Brandan, and Cohen; as well as numerous nieces and nephews in Canada and the Klok family in Australia. The family would like to extend our heart filled thanks to Sunset Extendicare for taking exceptional care of Wanda. Funeral Service will be held at St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Polish Church, 2275 Atkinson Street, Regina, SK, on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, family and friends so wishing may make donations, in memoriam, to the Family Support Group of Extendicare Sunset, 260 Sunset Drive, Regina, SK, S4S 2S3.
