Obituary of Ralph Norris Richardson
It is with deep profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ralph Norris Richardson on the evening of Thursday, April 4, 2019 surrounded by his family, at the age of 53 years.
He was predeceased by his sister Tracy; grandparents, William and Amelia Richardson, and John and Isabelle Stevenson.
Ralph is survived by his partner Brenda; daughter Stacalea; granddaughter Jailyn; parents, Ralph and Carol; brother Mike (Shelly); sister Michelle (Rob); brother-in-law Scott; nieces and nephews Alexandra (Lyndon), Samantha (Jeramiah), Ryan and Tyler; great-nephews, Aiden, Kylan and Isaac; as well as many friends and extended family.
Ralph loved watching the Riders and Maple Leafs, listening to music, cooking, going fishing up North with his big brother and spending time with Brenda.
Ralph loved nothing more than getting together with family on special occasions. Christmas, Thanksgiving, or having a Barbeque in the summer, these times spent together meant the world to him. He also loved playing with his nephews.
He was quick with a hug or a fist bump and always said “I Love You.” And though we are sad by his passing, we are comforted to know that he is free of his pain and back in the company of his sister and the others whom have gone before him.
We would like to thank the caring staff of the Regina General Hospital Emergency Department for the wonderful care given to Ralph and our family.
At Ralph’s request there will be no funeral service. A private family service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers those so wishing may make memorial donations in Ralph’s name to the Canadian Mental Health Association, Regina Branch, 1810 Albert Street, Regina, SK, S4P 2S8.
“All of our lives are better for having him in it. Ralph will be greatly missed and forever loved.”
