She was also predeceased by her husband and love of her life of 71 years, Andrew who passed away only four months earlier on January 27, 2019. Elizabeth is survived by her seven children, Linda ( Spencer) Burton and children James, Talleen, and Lauren; Colleen Ryan and children Steven, Edward and Michaela; Karen ( Blair) Hogernud and children Alyssa and Katrina; Darrell and children Andrew, Matthew, and Katie; Maureen (Gordon) King and child Aron; Andrea (Glen)  Stachowich and children Jenna, Tyrel. Katie, and Eric; Jeannine (Brad) Lozinski and children Justin, and Stephanie; twenty three great- grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; sister Eve McCreesh: and Brother John Deck. Elizabeth was an earth Angel. Truly fitting words to describe a woman who spent her entire life devoted to her family and helped anyone in need that came her way. She was kind beyond words and made the world a better place for all whose lives she touched. When mom closed her eyes and soared into heavens, one could almost hear the faint flutter of her wings as she left. Back into the arms of her greatest love, Andrew. Their love story continues. A Celebration Mass of Elizabeth’s life will be held at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 315 Douglas Avenue East, Regina, SK on Friday, May 31, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Richard Jasiak officiating. Family and friends so wishing may make memorial donations in Elizabeth’s name to the Alzheimer’s Society, 2550 12th Avenue, Regina, SK, S4P 3X1.
