Obituary of Ivan Zacharuk

ZACHARUK, Ivan

It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of Ivan Zacharuk, late of Pilot Butte, SK, on Thursday, May 30, 2019. He was born on May 31, 1946 at the Yorkton General Hospital and was raised in Rhein, SK. After completing his education, Ivan moved to Regina and began his career with the Public Service, and retired after 30 years. He kept busy driving school bus, fishing, camping and cheering for the Riders. Ivan married Audrey Ulmer in 1968 and raised a daughter Erin and son Kent. He was predeceased by his father Nick and brother Don. Left to mourn Ivan’s passing is his wife Audrey; daughter Erin (Steve) and their children, Alex and Ava; son Kent (Rebecca) and their daughter Myka; mother Doris; brother Bob (Susan); and sister Judy and her son Jarrett. At Ivan’s request, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of Ivan may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre Street, Regina, SK S4P 2R3.
