Obituary of Fay Kathol

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Fay.  She was predeceased by her parents; brother Roger; and husband Hal.  Fay will be deeply missed by brother Bruce (Doddie); children, Lorna (Brenda), Joan (Mark); and grandchildren, Erin (Rene), Merideth, Jolene, River, Erica, Jeff and Carrie (Jill).  She will also be lovingly remembered by her in-laws and their families. Fay grew up in Weyburn and married Hal, who was in the RCMP.  She was a strong woman with a beautiful soul. Fay was a loving and supportive wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was an avid gardener and lover of nature and animals; she composted before it was cool or an expectation. Fay was well read and incredibly intelligent, with a great sense of humor and wit. She was a Believer and felt that the Lord was by her side throughout her final journey. We all loved her with our whole hearts. Memorial Service will be held at the RCMP Chapel on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. followed by a graveside service.  Donations in her memory may be made to Regina Wascana Grace Hospice, 50 Angus Road, Regina, SK S4R 8P6.
