Obituary of Ada Edwards Strickland Carpenter

Ada, late of Regina, SK, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at the age of 77 years. She was predeceased by her parents Jerry and Gladys Strickland; brothers, Ernest and Murray Strickland; sister Marie Strickland; and husband Murray G. Carpenter. Ada is survived by daughters, Lianne (Robert) and Maureen (Shawn); sons, Michael (Laurie) and Jeffrey (Joyce); grandchildren, Christopher (Victoria), Matthew (Patricia), Naomi, Brandon (Kyla), Alex, Tiffany (Travis) and Travis (Michelle); great-grandchildren, Mason, MacKendra, and Berlyn; brothers, Brian (Ann) and Bert (Mary) Strickland; sister Dorothy Barrass (Robert); sisters-in-law, Carole and Donna Strickland and Darlene Carpenter; brothers-in-law, Miles (Fern) and Terry (Marie) Carpenter; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends. Memorial Service will be held at the RCMP Chapel, Regina, SK on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.  Interment in the RCMP Cemetery.  Family and friends so wishing may make memorial donations in Ada’s name to the Regina Humane Society, Box 3143, Regina, SK, S4P 3G7.
