My sympathies to the Shalley family on the loss of Mrs Olga Shalley. Mrs Shalley was my grade 4 & 5 teacher in Rosthern. Just this past weekend friends & I were reminiscing about our years with Mrs Shalley. She taught us about the calls of the wild birds of the prairies, she taught me the abstract concept of a “region” & she treated us all as though we were her children.
