We are so thankful for the time we had to share memories and history together and for her hospitality when we stayed at her place overnight while Maureen worked up there and needed a place to stay. She was an inspiration and a lovely woman of faith. Our condolences to all.

I first met Terry in (I think it was early 1960's) at the IVCF Urbana convention. She was the one who met with me individually as a young student nurse. She also supervised the NCF wok across the country - a huge job! So she visited us here in Winnipeg from time to time. I was so surprised to hear from my mother( Nettie [Penner] Labun) that we were related! Terry has been a faithful supporter of NCF and nursing though out her life. I was so glad to hear that she started an NCF prayer meeting in Regina when she moved there. She also helped get together a group of nurses when I, as NCF national chair, came to Regina to see if we could get a group of nurse interested in restarting student and graduate work in Saskatchewan. Terry was truly dedicate to care for the whole person as seen in her life work. Thank you Terry for your dedicated service and role model. .
