Marion, late of Regina, SK, passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at the age of 92 years. Predeceased by her husband Murray, Marion will be forever remembered by her children, Neil (Jean) and Beth; along with grandchildren, Kevin, Julia, Stuart, and Ellen; great-grandchildren, Gabby and Oakley; siblings, Neil, Jan, and Norma; and cousin Margaret. Raised on the farm in Davidson, Marion went on to earn her teaching degree from the University of Saskatchewan and taught for several years afterwards. Her lessons continued beyond the classroom through her creativity, resourcefulness, and kindness. Marion took great pride and pleasure in her many hobbies. She was a gifted painter - adorning her walls with stunning Prairie landscapes. Marion was well known for her seamstress, knitting, crocheting, and cross-stitching expertise and created many beautiful pieces for grateful friends and family. In her younger years, Marion was a keen five pin bowler - rolling high scores with her team, The Gems. Marion’s practical attitude, infamous eye-rolls and one-liners will be remembered fondly. She cherished her long-standing relationships with friends and neighbours. Marion will be deeply missed and remembered with love. At her request there will not be a service.
