My sincerest condolences and deep sympathies to Andrea and Roy's family. I grew up hearing Roy's music on the organ at St. Mary's Anglican Church, and Roy was an inspiration and encouraging presence when I was taking organ lessons. It was my honour and privilege to have him as the organist when my wife Kelli and I were married, even though he was beginning his retirement.
We will hold our fond memories of him dear to our hearts.

Roy was passionate in all he did. His philosophy was "I believe in Love, Friendship, and sharing and caring". He was, and always will be, my friend.

My deepest condolences to your family. Roy taught piano to my two children, Wilson and Kaelen, for several years. He was kind, patient, interesting, and very accepting of both my kids. I will always remember him playing piano upside down, and the wonderful Halloween concerts when the students all played in full costume. He will be dearly missed.

To the Norberg family, my name is Cheryl. You do not know me, per say, but I would be at Shannon’s Pub in the summer and Roy would walk his dogs by..always stop for a chat. I believe it is you Andrea that would be with him. I just wanted to tell you how sorry I was to read his obituary in the paper. I would love to come and support you on Sat. but it is a super busy day at my work that day and I have no one to work for me. Take care.

Roy was always so jolly when I would meet him at 13th Avenue Safeway. He was interesting to chat with and he'd make me chuckle with his sense of humour. I WILL MISS YOU, ROY !!!!!! GOD BLESS YOU..................

Deepest condolences to Andrea and the whole family. I'm going to miss bumping into Roy on the street with the dogs, hearing about his latest project, and seeing examples of his art. I always enjoyed our conversations and he will be missed by many folks in our neighbourhood.
