Obituary of Mary Rublitz

It is with sadness, that we announce the passing of my beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother on Saturday, December 14, 2019. Mary will be lovingly remembered by daughter Evelyn (Orest) Blahut; granddaughter Leanne (Luis) Martin and two step great-granddaughters, Katy and Grace; granddaughter Laureen (Peter) Beatty and great-grandsons, Christian and Aiden; her sisters, Victoria Starchuk of Saskatoon and Esther Rubletz of Roblin, MB; brother-in-law Steve (Eva) Rubletz of Wroxton, SK; as well as numerous niece and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents John and Bella Wasilinchuk; her infant son Edwin; beloved husband John; sister Ann (John) Shuparsky; and brothers-in-law Steve Starchuk and Nick Rubletz. Mary will be missed by her family and friends. Prayers will be held at Descent of the Holy Spirit, Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 1305 12th Avenue, Regina, SK, on Friday, December 20, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the same location, on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. A private family interment will follow at Yorkton Memorial Gardens.
