Jim and I were so sad to hear about Mike's passing. It is so unfair that our loved ones leave us so soon. We know that he will be missed greatly for he had such an amazingly open and happy personality. We shall always remember his beautiful smile and friendly eyes and disposition. There are few words that really give comfort when you lose your loved one but hopefully you can take some comfort in knowing he is in a better pain and illness free place and that all who met him will have been touched in some way by his warmth. Shannon- it seems so long ago we were all fresh faced kids with big dreams. The Wheat Pool basement was my first working home and you, Mike, Pat and all of the other basement rats my first working family. We loved each other and loved to spend time together even after work. The mini golf, the drinking parties, softball- the list goes on. I will always remember Mike as that big happy and kind kid. You, that beautiful and fun young woman. Those memories are etched in my soul. I will miss him and I will hold those memories close. You, Pat and the family are in my thoughts. ❤️
