Condolences to Karen, David and his family......
This barn is a testament to Uncle Tony's skill. Built in 1958 it is as strong and straight as the day it was finished being built.
It's had a facelift to make it maintenance free and preserve it. I hope it inherited his strength and longevity.
Godspeed Uncle Tony, say hi to Aunt Lorraine from me.

My deepest condolences to Karen and David, I have many fond memories of Tony, he was a teacher in that he was always willing to share his knowledge and skills with others. One Saturday morning a few years ago, we teamed up and spent the morning making homemade noodles. Everything was done with meticulous care as he always took pride in every task he did and always did it to the best of his ability. He had endless energy, after polishing off the first 7 dozen eggs While making noodles I believed we would be finished for the day and I would be on my way home. I chuckle now when I recall him claiming we were out of eggs and I needed to go back to the store to get more so we could continue in the afternoon! Your spirit and energy will live on in all the people you shared your life with, give Lorraine a big hug from me. Every gentle breeze I feel will remind me of what a wonderful father, grandfather and friend you were. Love Melissa

My condolences to Karen and David. Grandpa was a great man. He had a fun personality and a kind heart. We always had the most fun times together. I remember one time we were washing potatoes in the sink in the basement. We turned on the tap, but grandpa and I both forgot to hold onto the hose. Next thing we knew, the hose was flying in the air and spraying the whole basement with water. Grandpa and I were soaking wet and all he said was “we should have held onto that huh?” We didn’t turn that hose on after that and we decided to wash the potatoes in the upstairs sink! :) Grandpa will be missed forever.

My condolences to you all xoxo Grandpa Tony was 1 of a kind. I didn’t know him well but what I did know of him is he loved you all. To Me he was full of vinegar, funny, sarcastic, kind and full of stories of a younger time. He is with all of you in your memories. I had a dance with/for him. I love you all and think of you during this difficult time. Xoxo Michelle, Cooper and Kaylee.

David and Family. I am so sorry for your loss. Tony was such a fun loving guy. I always enjoyed his visits to my office at Campbell & Haliburton Insurance as well as at his house when we reviewed his insurance policies. He will be missed by all of you as well as all that knew him. He is now reunited with your Mom Lorraine and I am sure that they have already danced up a storm. May he rest in peace.

Karen,David and family,
We were so saddened to hear about Uncle Tony. He was a truly inspirational man. His positive attitude in life and strong determination are things we remember about him. We have many wonderful memories we cherish with one being how he would jokingly ask Michelle if she remembered he was her Godfather when they saw each other. Our mother would often talk about what a good dancer he was at weddings as she too enjoyed a good polka. Both our parents were lucky enough to often be invited to Uncle Tony and Aunt Lorraine’s home in the fall for a feast from his massive garden.
May you find peace in your memories of your father and may time ease your pain
