Marietta passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2020.  She was born in Langenburg, SK, on January 31, 1928 where she received her public school education. Marietta then moved to Regina where she attended Luther College and then Business College at Balfour Technical School. She was employed by the Provincial Government until her retirement in September 1984. She enjoyed traveling, the arts, movies and reading. Marietta was predeceased by her parents Jack and Mary Fuhr. She leaves to mourn, her brother Jack (Judith); nephew Jason (Amy); and niece Roxanne (Shawn). In accordance with her wishes and her appreciativeness of simplicity, there will be no funeral service. A family graveside service will be held at a later date. Ashes will be interred with her parents at St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery, St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Langenburg, SK.
