Memory eternal as we say in our Church. I remember Adrian from the 1960’s, and wondered what happened to him. He went to an Orthodox seminary in New York city for awhile, but decided to pursue his artistic and musical interests. My mother had a painting of his hanging in her house for several years. Although I was a child not much older than his brother Darryl, Adrian was always nice to me, and taught us religious education at summer camp.
I remember how kind and funny and offbeat he was, and I liked him. Good sense of humour, and laid back.
He was a seeker for sure. I hope he found what he was looking for. Albeit late, my condolences to his family.

I was looking up Adrian’s phone number because I had been thinking about him and wanted to reconnect. Imagine my shock when I learned of his passing— it truly saddened me to hear of this.
Adrian and I were good friends when we were younger and we both shared a love of music; he even came to our home and played his flamenco guitar for us. I even got to see him perform in concert! What a wonderful memory to remember him by— I only wish we had stayed in touch and that I had gotten hold of him sooner and been able to relive those memories with him. His music was such a treat, and he was such a talent!
Rest In Peace, Adrian.

I wish that my father had made different decisions in his life. He was tremendously talented and could have had a much different kind of life than the one he ended up choosing. I cannot believe that he is gone.

I am very saddened to learn of Adrian's passing. He was my teacher and long-time friend. I first met him when he was teaching in a studio below Gene's on 14th. I was the final student of the evening. As I was leaving, he began to play. I begged him to teach me that style. And he did. Regularly, then off and on, for more than twenty years. I have an old and treasured flamenco. I don't need another one. But I pray that 'la Rubia' has found a good home.

I remember visiting dad many times in Regina, we had a lot of fun together. He helped me through a lot of difficult situations in my life, and many conversations over the phone. I will always be grateful for his love and support. May he rest in peace now, after going through years of pain in his leg and hips. God bless him.
