So sorry to hear of the passing of Wes. I first meet Wes at Balfour where we were in many classes together. You could always count on Wes to tell a joke or two to brighten up your day. After I became the equipment mgr. for the Roughriders I ran into Wes many times when he attended practices which lead to some very interesting discussions as to why we lost a game or why we won a game.I really enjoyed our visits. RIP my friend

Sad and shocked to read of Wes passing. Enjoyed visiting and buying part of his coin, vintage signs and toy collection last few years.
Anytime I drove by and saw him working in the yard or garage, I would stop and say hello. Best wishes to his family and friends.

So sorry to hear of Wes’s passing. Many great times and so many laughs we shared at Shaw Pipe where we worked together for almost 20 years. Great guy with a big heart.

Lee, family and friends,
I was much saddened to read of Wes’s passing. Wes and I attended Imperial School together. When we reconnected years later through the Riders he was the same happy and friendly guy as in our grade school days. He loved the Riders and enjoyed analyzing each win or loss. I recently saw Wes while shopping and we of course had to discuss the CFL and its future. I will miss him. Sincere condolences.

We were shocked and saddened to read of Wes's passing. Wes liked to call things as he saw them and he saw them with great wit and sharp insight. He proved to be right more than he was wrong and was the definition of street-smart. I'm really glad I knew him. Our deepest sympathy to Lee. We know he will be missed.
