The family of Christina Selinger and her brothers Leo and Jerry and Emma and Cecelia
We just watched the excellent service from Speers. Christina was such a wonderful and loving person. I visited her many times at Dove House. She was such a great mother, friend and dear cousin to us. She lived her life with God in the center.
May her light continue to shine on us today and in the future and may she now rest in peace in the company of her family and all the angels and the saints.

Dear family,
Our sincerest condolences and prayers go out to you from Pennsylvania. While I have lived away from you all for many years, I have many fond memories of my sister, Christina, and her children! Unfortunately, we've not had much opportunity to meet her grandchildren and, especially, great grandchildren. I'm hoping that we'll be able to do this soon in a trip back home; or, of course, you're all MORE than welcome to visit us at 983 Barnside Rd, Allentown, PA. (Phone: 484-894-4148; email jjherauf@aol.com)
Hope to see you today during our Live Streaming! I'm sure Christina will be with us all at that time, especially!
Love you all!
(Uncle) Jerry and Family

To Bernie & Candy, Wayne, Gerald, and Marie,
Your mom was so proud of each and everyone of you, and She never forgot to mention how special everyone one of you were to her. I remember so many stories she told and felt very honoured to have her at Dove, those stories and parting of wisdom was the highlight of so many of our days helping her at Dove House. She was a grandma to Natasha and I, and she will be missed so much. It’s going to be a big adjustment at the care home without her. She was the greatest part of Dove House and there’s not a day that won’t go by that we will think of her welcoming smile, loving heart and prayers.
Sending our heartfelt sympathies,
Nick, and mom (Shannon)

I always enjoyed our visits with Aunt Christina over the years and will remember her soft spoken voice, her strong faith and love of family. I am happy to see our daughter was able to help you celebrate your Mom's life. Your Mom and Marie were so kind to host a baby shower for our daughter as a new born. Sending our hugs and prayers to you all.

Wow, my heart is aching a bit over the loss of our dear friend and cousin Christina. I had the wonderful opportunity to get to know Christina almost 20 years ago after praying a rosary at St. Anne’s Parish in Regina. She asked me to say a decade during the rosary and after Mass came up to me to thank me and introduce herself. We had never met before and to our amazement we realized we were cousins. From that day on we remained friends and I have treasured the precious time I was able to pray, visit, and get to know our dear Christina.
It truly saddens me that we were unable to see Christina this past year due to Covid but I take comfort in knowing she had faith in something greater! Thank you Christina for your witness that heaven is truly our true home and all else fails to compare to that ultimate goal. I love you dear friend. My condolences, love and prayers to all your dear family. You loved well Christina! Be at rest!

Aunt Christina will live in my memory as one of the kindest women I've ever known. She lived a faith-filled life, raised a fine, loving family, and shared her talents in her volunteer work. Brian always held her in high esteem. Her legacy is the great example she set for all of us. May God bless you all in your grief. Here is a verse I've always found to be comforting:
"A life well lived leaves its gentle pattern on the hearts of all...
And the world is a lovelier place because one person touched it..
With warmth and goodness and grace."
Love, Lynne (Selinger)

To my dear Aunt Chris children, she was a great lady so spiritual and loving. She was our first Avon Lady, a great hostess and a beautiful Aunt. With all the restrictions at the hospital, I kept my eye on her despite not being able to see her. We were so pleased to have her in our lives. Joanne and Scott Symon
