Debra Lawrence (nee Hammerer), late of Regina, Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at the age of 61 years after a courageous battle with cancer. She was predeceased by her mom in 2018, and is survived by her father Harold; spouse Doug; daughter Brandy (Greg); son Mathew (Amy); grandchildren Makayla, Olivia, and Thomas; sister Cindy (Dan); and brother Greg (Wendy); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Debra spent over 20 years working as a fitness trainer, combining her love of fitness, healthy living, and working with people. She was the ultimate extrovert and loved being around people, but especially her friends and family. Debra always looked for a reason to celebrate, no matter how big or small of an occasion. She knew how to find the joy in the little things and shared that with loved ones. Debra was a devoted spouse, mother, sister, daughter, grandmother, and friend and will be missed so very much.  A Celebration of Debra’s Life will be held at the Hotel Saskatchewan, 2125 Victoria Avenue, Regina, SK, on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. She cherished her family and friends, and we will come together to celebrate the difference she has made in all our lives.
