Val you helped me overcome a dark past and countless times you showed up for me when no one else would I love you thank you for being my placement home and being my reality check when I needed it I hope milo was there to greet you just as he would everytime we got home from a meeting :) you truly were one of my heroes I'll cherish all our memories

I hold your family in my thoughts and prayers. Val was a very special lady who helped me time and time again. Her calm, logical and tell it like it is attitude added so much to my sobriety. I will miss her
