I'm so sad to hear of the passing of Joan Best, who has been a dear friend and colleague in Welcome Wagon Ltd. for many years. We visited many times and kept in touch, often with the theme of one of Joan's favourite sayings: "Oh rats!". Joan will be with her beloved Keith, and her caring, kind ways, I'm sure will ensure her eternal peace, and her place in God's embrace. Dear Joan, you will be remembered well, and you will be missed.
