December 20, 1973- November 17, 2021

 

With broken hearts, the family of James W. “Jim” Delfs announce his passing on Thursday, November 17 at the age of 47 at home surrounded by his family. Jim was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia on December 20, 1973, to Jim and Catherine( Feeney) Delfs of Carrington, North Dakota. Along with his parents, Jim leaves to mourn his loving wife Brenda (Webb;) the loves of his life his children, daughters Jessica and Michaela and son Jameson; brothers Jared Carrington, North Dakota/Milestone, Saskatchewan, Marcus Rochester, MN. Three sisters Jana East Bethel, MN, Louise Minneapolis, MN, and Renee, Mason City, Iowa; eleven nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles,cousins throughout Canada and the United States. He was predeceased by his grandparents Edward and Theresa (Vickers) Feeney, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Mike and Dora (Ellingson) Delfs McHenry, North Dakota. Warren and Nora (Romeo) Huntley Cape Breton, Nova Scotia; his father-in-law Marvin Webb Londonderry, Nova Scotia. uncles Jim, Frank, and Paul Feeney, and infant aunt Janet Feeney all of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Augustine Catholic Church Wilcox, Saskatchewan on Saturday November 20, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.  To view the livestream of the service please click on the link above on the day of the service.There will be a gathering for family and friends at Milestone Masonic Hall on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, McIntyre Street, Regina, SK, S4P 2R3 or his family via e-transfer.
