So sorry to here about Wayne. I have many memories of all the visit he and his family made to Killarney all the way back to the 1950s. I remember he reached into his pocket and gave us Freeman boys a quarter when he first got employment. That quarter would take us to a picture show and a treat as well.

The Maquires were great neighbors at Princess Place and then again at Moffat Bay. Wayne left his engineering expertise on many many Saskatchewan construction projects. Wayne's ASL retirement speech at the Hotel Saskatchewan will always be remembered by us as one of the most hilarious presentations about his work experiences, all done in his deadpan humor.
